Payment Options
PrimoMart.com accepts credit cards, checks, and money orders for payment.
By Credit Card:
PrimoMart.com accepts the following credit cards and there is no surcharge for using your credit card with us:

Orders will be charged to your credit card as soon as you place your order. Items not available will be credit to your card within 48 hours. Items that are in-stock will be shipped immediately and out-of-stock items will remain open. Back ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are become available.. You may cancel a back ordered item at any time and we will issue the credit to your card. Products that require a Special Order will be charged to you card at the time of purchase. Special Order products are clearly marked on the product page.
By Purchase Order:
Government agencies, and educational institutions may also order by Purchase Order. Orders can be faxed to 800.985.2259.
Please Note: Orders placed for items that are not in stock are processed in the same manner as for items that are in stock. If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, in-stock items will ship immediately while backordered items will remain "open". A backordered item will ship as soon as it becomes available.
Coupons
All coupons are valid online only. Tax is not included when calculating minimum purchase. Only one coupon per customer, and coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. If a coupon is not redeemed at the time of purchase, no refunds will be made for the value of the coupon. Other restrictions may apply.
Exchanges and Returns
At PrimoMart.com, we'd like to help you resolve purchase problems as quickly and as easily as possible. If you have any questions, please use our Contact Us page, email us at customerservice@PrimoMart.com, or call 866.70.PRIMO 10AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. Please make your selections carefully and email us with any questions. We are not responsible for any typographical errors, manufacturer typographical errors or picture errors. Product and picture files are loaded electronically from other sources.
All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA must be requested within 15 days of the original purchase invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final. All returns must be in their original packaging to receive credit. All claims incur a 15% restocking fee. We are sorry, but paint and mediums, or bulk orders are neither exchangeable nor returnable. Please make your selections carefully. We do not pay return freight.
To Request an RMA:
Using our on line contact us form or send your request via e-mail to customerservice@PrimoMart.com. (Please include your order number.) In most cases, you will receive your RMA number within 48 hours. All packages must be received at the PrimoMart.com warehouse within 10 days of the RMA issue date. After receiving your RMA, return your merchandise using a carrier that provides package tracking (UPS, Fedex etc.)
All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories. The original packing slip from the order must be included and the RMA number must be legibly written on the return label. There will be a 15% fee if the product's original packaging is not intact, the box is damaged, or the merchandise is not returned within our policy guidelines. Even if only part of an item is defective, the entire original package must be sent back in order to receive an exchange or return credit from PrimoMart.com. The returned package must be received within 10 days of the RMA issue date.
Shipping and handling fees for the original shipment are non-refundable.
All refunds for credit will be issued only to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Allow 2-4 weeks for credit.
